Caroline was excellent in my search for a home in the Florida Keys. First of all, I was located on the other side of the globe when I contacted her to help me start searching for a home. With an 11-hour time difference between us, she was extremely flexible with answering my questions at odd hours for her.

Due to me not being able to set eyes on any property in person, her knowledge of the area and what to look for in a home was superb. She was great about going to see different properties for me. We even used video chat so I could see the homes. I had extremely narrow search criteria in a limited market, yet we were still able to find the right home.

This was my first home purchase. I didn't lay eyes on the house in-person until the day of closing. I'm very satisfied with the service provided and absolutely love my new home. Caroline made the process very simple and I look forward to doing business again if I ever get another property in the Keys.
