Caroline is a good communicator and listened to our wants and needs. She found our dream home and in a very competitive market, acted quickly to get an offer to the seller. She was there to guide us in every step of the buying process; financing, insurance, negotiations, and closing. She was always available to answer questions or concerns and give her expert advice.

Being out of state, Caroline did a video walk through of the property answering questions as she went. She negotiated the best deal for us with the seller and it was very apparent she had our best interest in mind. Her attention to detail is phenomenal and she went over to the property the day of closing verifying everything was the way it should be and there were no problems.

After closing, Caroline contacted us just to see how things were going and if anything she could assist with. Since we couldn’t be there right away, she meet delivery people on several occasions and checked on the property.
